2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing screen. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to send spam, infringe others' rights, or violate any law. You are responsible for the guest data you upload and for obtaining any necessary consent.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your event and guest data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
